"I had gone through Main Line Center for Bartending a year ago but did not have time to look for a job. So I came back a year later for a free refresher course. While I was in class one day a bartender called the school and needed a replacement ASAP. Since I was almost finished with the refresher and had completed the class before the director of the school gave me the job. I went, they liked me and I am working there still. Thanks to Main Line Center for Bartending, I have also found numerous private parties to work as well. The job is fun, the pay is great, but I never could have done it without the skills Main Line Center for Bartending provides. It is a wonderful school, the classes are filled with interesting people, and the instructors are very experienced in the subject. I would recommend Main Line Center for Bartending to anyone interested in Bartending. Thanks MLCB."
"I recently graduated from the Main Line Center for Bartending. Having very limited experience in the bartending world, I found this class to be exactly what I was looking for. I received many hours of invaluable, hands-on experience, behind the fully stocked wet bar on site at the school. The combined decades of experience the instructors have and implemented in their teachings, are absolutely invaluable. I learned tons of fantastic tricks of the trade...The instructors create a wonderful atmosphere that not only prepares you for any potential bartending position, but you'll also have a ton of fun in the process. The class was extremely affordable and paid for itself within my first month upon graduating. I also found the TIPS certification the school offers to be a fantastic resume builder. A close friend recommended this class to me, and I in-turn, would recommend this class to anyone thinking about starting a career in the bartending world. Do yourself a favor and signup for the next class!!"
"Main Line Center for Bartending was one of the best experiences of my life, to date. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and welcoming. The instructors are some of the best people I know! The are attentive and make sure you are as comfortable as possible behind a bar. I am definitely someone who does not enjoy school, but every day I looked forward to my class at MLCB! Perhaps it was because I was learning about alcohol and who doesn't love that! On a serious note, they worked really hard after I graduated to help me find a job. I know I owe them big time, and I tell people about the school almost every day. Also, the night of on the job training at Spankey's was so much fun. I go back almost every week just to hang out and meet the latest grads! I LOVE MLCB!!"
"I just wanted to to give you some great news! I landed a job at a country club near my home and I am thrilled. My first job was a wedding with 120 people. The two bartenders made $218 in tips along with our hourly pay. My boss is thrilled with me, my knowledge and comfort level, as I had never bartended before now. I have to thank you and my teachers at Main Line Center for Bartending for all that you taught me. The school is fabulous because when you begin working, you feel like you've already been there and done that. You guys are great and I have recommended your school to many, many people who have asked how I did it. Very sincerely, thank you!"
"Awesome fabulous class! The instructors are great and they put you in real life situations. The teachers are very helpful and friendly. My first week out of the school I made $1200. No more bill collectors and a new tattoo!! Woo thanx. Main Line Center for Bartending is the best."
"Taking Saturday classes at Main Line Center for Bartending fit perfectly into my hectic schedule. The instructors were very patient with me and made class really enjoyable. I really loved the night of on the job training where we bartended at an actual bar at the end of our class. It really built up my confidence and helped me feel more comfortable when i started my first bartending job. I would recommend MLCB to anyone."
"Before I came to class, I wasn't sure if I would be able to remember all of the drinks, but the way the class structured it made learning easy and fun! After 2 weeks behind the bar making drinks and practicing, I felt completely prepared and excited to start my new job. Now I am making great money at a fun restaurant. Thanks MLCB."
"Bartending classes were so much fun. I loved the hands on approach. The evening class flew by because most of the time we were behind the bar practicing. It was interesting hearing personal bartending stories from our teacher. I can't believe how much I was able to learn in two weeks. Bartending is so much fun and the money I am making is great."
"I wanted to thank the people at Main Line for Bartending. They were all experienced and very professional teachers. When I graduated, I was very confident and felt well prepared to be a bartender. They helped me find employment as soon as I completed the program. I have been much happier working in a great field. I owe it to the helpful and fun staff at the school. They kept their word in every area. You can't beat that."
"I decided to go to bartending school because money was tight and I needed extra cash. I was nervous that I would not be able to remember all of the drinks but once I started the class I realized not only would I be able to remember the drinks but I would have fun while learning. The instructors at MLCB were fantastic! They made the course easy and fun. Following graduation I applied at three different bars and was offered a job at all three. I am still to this day bartending at the same bar I was hired at and the best part about it is that the money I am making has exceeded my expectations and I love my job! I would highly recommend MLCB to anyone who was interested in making a career out of bartending. Thank you MLCB."
"I wanted to give you an update on my progress since graduation. I got a fantastic job with a local golf club. I get to make all the drinks we learned about, am making great money and getting excellent experience. They were very impressed with the job I did for them and that I came with all my tools the first night. They said they didn't have to show or tell me anything. I attribute that to the training I got at your school. When I told them about what we learned and the all the hands on we did they were surprised. The head bartender had learned at a hotel with no instruction behind a bar or actually mixing a drink."
"Main Line Center for Bartending has been one of the best things I've done in my life. Like most people who enter this career, in whatever stage of life, they will find bartending rewarding. First, the establishment is well run with a pleasant and experienced staff. Second, you just don't learn how to make drinks which is very important, but you learn how to run a bar, open and close a bar and the tools you need to be a bartender. Third, how to handle those few people who get a little out of hand. The owner of any establishment where you work for will always feel better when you are TIPS certified. Lastly, I started working and was hired part-time before I even graduated. The more times you are behind the bar the more comfortable and confident you will be. If you are a person who has always looked at a bartender and said to yourself, I wish I could do that, run don't walk to the Main Line for Bartending and begin to add another dimension and skill set to your life."
"I wanted to thank Main Line Bartending School again for recommending me to T-Hogans Bar & Grill! I've been working there for a few weeks now and I love it, the owners and other people working there are all great along with some real characters who come in regularly. I recently graduated from the Main Line School for Bartending, not only did they teach me 150 + drinks but also found me a job at a bar in the local area as well as a catering company. I felt that the instructors were very knowledgeable and help you to easily understand how to make the drinks. After graduating from the school I felt that I needed a refresher on how to make a few of the drinks before starting my job at the bar and refresher classes are free anytime you need them which is also very nice. I definitely recommend this school for anyone interested in starting a bartending career!!"
"I was released from a corporate position for the second time in a year when I decided to follow a dream of being a bartender and working for a really nice restaurant. I visited several schools in the area and decided to go to the Main Line Center for Bartending. I thought I was a pretty good amateur bartender until I took the course. The staff and curriculum are great. I learned 200 plus drinks, responsible liquor service, opening and closing the bar as well as information on beers and wines. Upon graduation, I worked a couple private parties. The pay from these jobs was enough to replace the tuition I paid for the course! A month from graduation and I have a job working for the type of establishment I dreamed about. The job placement/career counseling I received, plus the enormous amount of knowledge I gained from the course was the reason I got the job. Even if you don't desire bartending as a career, it's a fun way to make extra cash or be popular at any party. I can't say enough good things about the Main Line Center for Bartending. I am no longer a slave to a corporation. I have a skill that can be used anywhere I go in life."
